We would like to thank you for your interest in hosting your wedding reception at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.  The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is an award winning Three Diamond property, which opened in May 2000.  Our chateau-style hotel is nestled amongst the spectacular North Shore of Vancouver.

Wedding Centerpiece



Our North Shore Ballroom can accommodate up to 130 people for a dinner and dance function, or 175 as a stand up Reception.  The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites provides professional and friendly staff to set up and service your function.  We provide mirrored centerpieces, oil candles, white linens, portable bar and dance floor to create an elegant surrounding for your special day. We offer ample free parking for all of your guests, and we are 100% wheelchair accessible.


Berry Wedding Space



For booking your wedding reception with us, we would like to offer you a gift of 50% off the regular rate of any hotel room for the bride & groom on the night of the wedding. This offer includes our Honeymoon Theme Rooms – the elegant Roman Room and the luxurious Arab Room, with breakfast for 2 the next morning included! (Based on availability).

The menus enclosed are merely suggestions – we would be pleased to customize a special menu for your event.  We currently have a new chef on our team, who will likely create new menus, but we would certainly honour the current menus/pricing as well. Due to health codes and restrictions, we Wedding Head Table Cateringdo not allow outside catering or beverages, with the exception of wedding cakes. (No cake cutting fee).

Our standard guestroom amenities include a microwave and fridge, two double line telephones with voicemail and data port, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pay-per-view movies, wifi, high speed internet access, in-room safe, umbrella, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and bottled water.
