Bloedel Floral Conservatory
One of the popular places for visitors in Vancouver to see is the magnificent Bloedel Floral Conservatory; and is an amazing site of floral and birds living together. This is a place where everyone in the family will enjoy the day or the person in Vancouver on business, with the different types of birds and the many different kinds of tropical plants.
The conservatory is located in Queen Elizabeth Park and has a large triodetic dome, which houses more than 100 different species of birds, like the Cockatoo that greets visitors. The many species of birds live flying free among a tropical paradise of plants, flowers and Koi fish.
Visitors can walk outside of the dome for a panoramic 180 degree view of the city of Vancouver skyline, and spectacular views of the mountains. This is a view that will not be seen from any other location in Vancouver.
Another reason this is a magical place, it is not just where the family on vacation can spend a fun and exciting day, it is also a place that weddings can take place, among the tropical paradise and the different species of birds.
