Our COVID-19 Policies & Procedures at the Holiday Inn North Vancouver
We are taking every measure to protect our guests and staff and actively following the guidelines of the provincial, federal and World Health Organization with measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Holiday Inn & IHG have implemented deep cleaning with high grade disinfectants and enhanced our procedures to include additional deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces, guest rooms and public areas, implemented social distancing and changes to how we deliver our food and beverage to ensure guest safety and security. Our team members have been equipped with appropriate PPE along with hand sanitizers available around the hotel including lobby, hallways and public spaces. In addition we are encouraging staff and guests to practice ‘physical distancing’ with appropriate signage and clear protective barriers on the reception desk.
