Prepare to take to the skies this summer: Grouse Mountain will take you to new heights with the launch of its new Mountain Ropes Adventure and Kids Tree Canopy Adventure.

Beginning this August, you be able to explore the mountain’s forest from up high as you embark on a mountaintop aerial ropes journey.

Accessible for all ages, the Mountain Ropes Adventure and Kids Tree Canopy Adventure will delight and challenge you along the only local aerial ropes course that explores some of BC’s most pristine forest.

The Mountain Ropes Adventure consists of a series of four aerial ropes courses with varying degrees of difficulty. You’ll encounter a variety of challenges as you progress through the courses, which include suspended bridges, zip lines, ladders and nets.

The Kids Tree Canopy Adventure is fully contained and consists of three double treehouses, one single treehouse, slides and ground games. There is an adjacent parents’ supervision area. The Kids Tree Canopy Adventure is for children aged three to eight and is complementary with the purchase of a Mountain Admission Ticket.

A Grouse Mountain Admission ticket provides Skyride access to favourite activities like the World Famous Lumberjack Show, the Birds in Motion Demonstration, Grizzly Bear Ranger Talks, the Scenic Peak Chair and Pollinator’s Garden.

You can even add more thrills to your day with mountain zip lines, the Skyride Surf Adventure, tandem paragliding, Breakfast with the Bears, Eye of the Wind turbine tours, Scenic Mountain Biking tours and heli-tours.

If you’re heading to Grouse Mountain to check out the new Mountain Ropes Adventure and Kids Tree Canopy Adventure, the Holiday Inn North Vancouver is a great accommodation option. Nestled in the foothills of the city’s glorious North Shore Mountains you’ll enjoy complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, the use of the heated indoor pool or hot tub, or an ice cold beer in Churchill’s Lounge or Seymour’s Pub.
