’Tis the season and there are so many ways to celebrate it in North Vancouver. The Shipyards at the foot of Lower Lonsdale at the scenic waterfront has transformed into a winter wonderland, with a variety of Christmas markets and winter activities to get you into the spirit all month long. It’s one of the many great things to do in North Vancouver this holiday season.
Shop local for your gifts this year! Taking place at the Pipe Shop on December 18 and 19 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, this pop-up market features local artists, crafters, and small businesses. Walk around and peruse, finish up your holiday shopping, buy something special for yourself, and help support local makers in the community.
On until December 26, this pop-up features an all-Canadian lineup of mostly local, female, BIPOC creatives. Shop sustainable and thoughtfully made products at Lonsdale’s resident art gallery, the Polygon, until December 26.
