From concerts to Canucks and so much more in between, there is plenty to do near North Vancouver next month.

Whether you’re cheering the team on from Rogers Arena or one of the many sports bars in the city, watching a Canucks game is a great—and quintessential Vancouver—way to spend an evening. Plus, the guys have been playing better than ever under new coach Bruce Boudreau, making it an exciting and feel-good experience all around. Their next home game is on February 8 against the Arizona Coyotes. Check out the full schedule here.

Along with sporting events, live music is also beginning to finally make its way back to Vancouver—and, in February, there is something on to suit every taste. Some upcoming shows include CanCon rock stalwarts Blue Rodeo at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on February 16, punk icon Bif Naked at the Rickshaw Theatre on February 18, and Y2K pop favourite JoJo at the Commodore Ballroom on February 23.

Concert tickets are a great idea for a Valentine’s Day date. Speaking of Valentine’s, stop in at our on-site restaurant, Medley’s Grill, for a nice dinner before you head out for the evening or enjoy a romantic nightcap at Seymour’s Pub right next door.

Book your stay with us here at Holiday Inn North Vancouver for comfortable, affordable, and convenient hotel accommodations. We’re ideally located, just 15 minutes from downtown and all of the city’s top attractions, making our North Shore hotel the perfect home base for a mountain getaway.
