Vancouver’s North Shore is a recreationist's paradise with golf being the choice of many. The North Shore offers a range of golf experiences, perfect for mini golfers, occasionalists and PGA wannabes.

DRIVING RANGE & MINI PUTT
Hitting buckets of balls is a great way to loosen those shoulders and get your swing on-point. Tayaka Golf Centre is North Vancouver’s largest range and regularly appears in the top 100 golf ranges in North America. Its location is naturally stunning so if you’re not hitting the targets, you can blame the view. Another great option is Seymour Creek Golf Centre. Like Tayaka it boasts a two-level tee area.
Both golf centres offer mini-putt – perfect for the entire family. The rates are crazy affordable.

PITCH AND PUTT
For those looking for a shorter course experience both Murdo Frazer and Ambleside Par 3 offer pitch and putt. This is a great option for mixed groups where you’re blending birdie golfers with double-bogie golfers. It’s just fun!

GOING THE DISTANCE
When it’s time to get serious, Seymour, Northlands, and Gleneagles are the go-to courses. Seymour challenges with narrow treed fairways, small fast greens, elevation changes and tricky landing areas. Its clubhouse is top-notch offering a great pre or post-game nosh. Northlands is a public course but based upon its service and condition you’d think it was private. Northlands’ front nine features its signature hole – an uphill Par 5 measuring 551 yards. Even better, you can get to know the entire course with its interactive tour. Finally, Gleneagles is a nine-hole course and proud of it. Voted one of Canadian Golf Course magazine’s best 9-hole courses, it offers variety, views and more.

THE NINETEENTH HOLE
After a great day on the links, retire to Holiday Inn North Vancouver’s Coach House Lounge or Seymour’s Pub to toast all those excellent shots you made, and forget about those that went astray.  Afterward, settle into your comfortable room to rest up for another great day on the links – tomorrow.
